Web hosting contract cancellation
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our hosting service during the first 30 days of your contract, we will refund
you the total amount of hosting invoice except domain registration and other services. You have to let us know at the latest
30 days after your placed the order.
VPS contract cancellation
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our hosting service during the first 30 days of your contract, we will refund
you the total amount of your hosting invoice except THE FIRST MONTH, domain registration and other services. You have to let us know within
30 days after your placed the order.
Bandwidth
For all extra bandwidth, there is a surchage of 0.50$ CAD per gigabyte per month. We will send an email when your limit is reached.
These charges must be paid within 30 days after they occur, otherwise we reserve the right to suspend your account.
Content
We have no restriction on the content we host but it must be legal in Canada/US. We reserve ourself the right to delete any
illegal content without prior notice.
Service reliability
We do our best to have a 100% uptime but we cannot garantee it. We cannot be monetary held responsible for any consequence
of server downtime.
Data
All our data is stored on RAID 1 hard drive and we do daily backups but we cannot be monetary held responsible in the case that your
data is lost. Your data security is very important for us but we cannot be held responsible in the case that it would be stolen.
Abuse
At any time we can cancel the account of a user that voluntarily abuse our servers such as trying to get in the server root and spamming with our smtp.
