How to get there?

Go to http://www.yourdomain.com/ispconfig (replace yourdomain.com with your domain name)

Insert your administrator username (ex : john.doe) and password

Click on the help tab on the top of the page and choose "New ticket"

Fill the form and click on "send"

When we will answer you, you will get your answer in "Openened tickets" or "Closed tickets"
